Jeff Basham is a correspondent and contributing producer for Outbeat News In Depth .  He has been on the air on Outbeat Radio since 2007.  In addition, Jeff is a News Reporter for the North Bay area for OutQ News on SiriusXM Satellite Radio. Jeff works for Santa Rosa Junior College, where he provides computer technical support. Gary Carnivele co-hosts, with Mikala Kennan, Outbeat Collage – Out in the Arts on the third Sunday of each month. He also produces the Outbeat Radio News that airs each week. Gary is a journalist, filmmaker, screenwriter, and activist. As owner and editor of www.gaysonoma.com, the online version of We the People, which was the North Bay LGBT Community’s monthly newspaper for 17 years, he works with a dedicated staff to inform and entertain. Gary started We the People Productions, which produces films, music videos, and local programming. He lives with his personal partner, veterinarian Howard Rosner, in Sonoma surrounded by a vineyard. Dianna Grayer has been co-hosting Living Proof with her wife, Sheridan Gold on the first Sunday of every month since 2004. Dianna holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and has been a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1997, and has her private practice in Downtown Petaluma. She has written 5 children’s books, several self-help books, and offers Stepping into Fierceness workshops (see her website at http://www.drdiannagrayer.com). Dianna’s passion is to create materials to help others move through the obstacles resulting from negative voices that block experience and growth toward being free and expressing that freedom. Sheridan Gold has been co-hosting Living Proof with her wife, Dianna Grayer, on the first Sunday of each month since 2004. Sheridan has recently retired from teaching youth in Marin County’s Alternative Education programs, and is presently tutoring children who are behind in school, academically and socially. When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys playing Taiko with Sonoma County Taiko and can also be heard playing her djembe in her home where she teaches other women the thrill of West African drumming. Mikala Kennan co-hosts with Gary Carnivele, Outbeat Collage – Out in the Arts on the 3rd Sunday of each month. She comes to us with a diverse background in both the performing and visual arts. Her musical experience includes extensive vocal solo, ensemble and choral work. Visually, photography has become her medium with an emphasis on macro images of the ordinary found in natural settings. After several years of working in the wine and hospitality industry, Mikala’s career focus is now fully centered on her photography and pursuing the creative arts. She is currently the President of the Windsor Arts Council and continues to play a key role in the development of an active arts presence on the Windsor Town Green. Greg Miraglia produces and hosts Outbeat News In Depth, a show that takes a more in depth look at some of the people and events making LGBT headlines at the local, national, and international level.  Greg is also the Anchor of the Outbeat Radio News that airs each week, and is the engineer for Living Proof on the 1st Sunday.  Greg is the dean of career and online education at Napa Valley College. He has over 30 years of law enforcement experience and is the author of “Coming Out From The Badge” and “American Heroes Coming Out From Behind The Badge.  He also teaches the LGBT Studies Program at Napa Valley College.   He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Matthew Shepard Foundation and is the National Program Coordinator for Stop The Hate.  Greg and his husband live in Santa Rosa.
